About the role
What You’ll Do
As a SkoolDrive Field Agent, your primary responsibility is to introduce SkoolDrive to schools within your assigned location and help qualified schools get started on the platform.
Your core outcome
Build trusted school relationships and turn qualified interest into successful onboarding.
- Visit schools within your assigned location.
- Introduce SkoolDrive to school owners, proprietors, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Demonstrate how the SkoolDrive platform works.
- Explain how SkoolDrive helps schools manage students, results, fees, communication, staff, and other school operations.
- Follow up with interested schools.
- Bring in schools that are ready to subscribe and start using SkoolDrive.
- Maintain records of schools visited and conversations held.
- Meet assigned monthly acquisition targets.
- Represent SkoolDrive professionally in the field.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for confident, dependable people who communicate clearly and follow through.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence speaking with school owners and administrators.

Ability to explain a product clearly.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Comfortable moving around within the assigned location.

Ability to follow up consistently with prospects.

Basic smartphone and internet skills.

Sales, marketing, field work, or customer acquisition experience is an advantage.

Familiarity with schools in your location is an advantage.
You do not need to be a software expert. We will provide training on how SkoolDrive works and how to present it to schools.

What You’ll Get
This is a full-time field marketing position. Your performance will be measured based on activity, follow-up, and successful school acquisition.
